Description
The Dual Digital Shift Register (DDSR) Module was due to form part of a pre-configured ClockBox Frame. It finds great favour in other setups as a rhythmic generator, signal processor and stepped waveform generator.
It features two indentical-but-mirrored 8 stage data arrays which are clocked & filled with data (including by recirculation).
Each side has two data tap gate outputs and two Digital-to-Analogue stepped waveform generators.
It can take time to get one’s head around the functions of this module and, even when understood, it still surprises!
